Our Super Muesli

It goes without saying that Growli offers way more for anyone serious in looking after their body than any other meal replacement product on the market. We have designed Growli to offer more and to be more than the competition, Growli Muesli is super versatile and can be eaten at any time of day.

Each serving of 100 grams (2 scoops) provides you with 394 kcal, 31 grams of protein, 37 grams of carbohydrates, 13 grams of fat, 11 grams of fibre.

Plus a complete multi-vitamin and multi-mineral complex, prebiotic fibre, probiotic bacteria and Himalayan pink salt. Sweetened with Steviol glycosides, plus a tiny bit (0.05 grams) of zero sugar (sucralose) sweetener. So each and every serving is literally packed with nutrients.

Complete Protein

Our grass fed dairy protein blend is completely different to that of the competition. Most products on the market use pea, rice and oat protein as their major protein component; which are very inexpensive and arguably not as complete as our protein source.

Growli incorporates a variety of sources of protein, each one brings their own unique characteristics, properties and digestion times along with superior amino acid profiles for muscle protein synthesis.

And in addition to the dairy protein, we have the inherent levels of protein in our carbohydrate and fat sources such as our organic oats, barley, wheat, chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower and hemp seeds.

Growli is literally packed with quality protein sources, each of which their own unique qualities and properties to the meal.

Complex Carbohydrates

Our range of carbohydrates all come from natural, low glycemic index organic wholegrain sources such as the aforementioned oats, barley and wheat. There’s no mass produced processed carbohydrate ingredients within Growli, just natures own.

Plus with less than 3 grams of sugar per 100 gram 394 kcal serving, it is fair to say that we do not add any additional sugars, any sugars contained are derived from the raw ingredients.

Fat From Whole Grain Seeds

We have provided really good, healthy sources of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids from flaxseeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and saturated fat from coconut. Quality whole food sources that your body will appreciate.
