At Growli, our promise is to deliver our nutritionally complete food direct to you, in order to support your efforts towards a healthier diet. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer support, therefore If you are not pleased with your order, please do get in touch and let us know. 

We are a friendly bunch here and will offer you an exchange or refund if we are notified within 20 days of your product delivery.

Growli Foods Delivery Policy

Any orders sent to us before 11am will be despatched on the same day, on a next day delivery basis. Any orders received after this time will be processed and despatched the next day and again sent to you on a next day delivery. Please note that while next day delivery services have a very high success rate, this can’t be guaranteed especially in peak times.

Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday, will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a Bank Holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to deliver at a specific time or change the delivery address once your order has been processed.

**Deliveries to Highlands and Islands. Ireland etc. Are parcels signed for? Are orders fulfilled/delivered on a weekend? Additional information. Do customers get an email to say despatch has happened?**
