Growli Foods Returns Policy

At Growli, our promise is to deliver our nutritionally complete food direct to you, in order to support your efforts towards a healthier diet. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer support, therefore If you are not pleased with your order, please do get in touch and let us know.

You can return any unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 28/10/20

When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. Please ensure that your contact us before attempting to return any items to us.

Your Statutory Rights

Your Right To Change Your Mind

You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item. Please follow the steps set out below. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. 

Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when inspecting it. If you have changed your mind and refuse your delivery, any refund will be made excluding the cost of the delivery and the return. As a customer, it is more cost effective to accept the delivery and return it via 2nd class post with proof of postage.

Item Not Received

Please let us know if you have still not received your product 7 days after placing your order and we will ensure you receive a refund or replacement products.

Damaged Items

If when you receive your Growli products they are damaged, please contact us and let us know. You need to tell us as soon as possible after receiving your products and let us know exactly what the damage is. We will advise what to do next.

Getting An Exchange Or Refund

Get a refund or exchange in 3 simple steps:-

  1. Please drop us an email to [email protected] and let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction and that you would like a refund or exchange.

  2. We promise to acknowledge your email within 24hours and will come back to you to let you know we are processing your request and where to return your products to, if necessary.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will either credit your payment card used for the purchase or exchange your product if that is what you have requested.

Return Of Replacement Goods

If an item you ordered was found to be unsatisfactory and we replaced it, you have the right to cancel your order in respect of the replacement product within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the replacement item and receive a refund.

Cost Of Returning Items

Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where the item is damaged. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good order or where you have changed your mind. 

Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the number of items and method of return. Please contact us [email protected] if you have any concerns or questions regarding this.

How To Return Items To Us

Contact us via email - [email protected] with your order number, the details of the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will then confirm the return address.

  • Please package the item securely and include your order number, name and address.

  • Please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office.

  • We may not be able to process your refund or replacement if your item is lost in transit unless you have a proof of postage.

Any item you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
