Our super muesli is far more than a protein shake or a meal replacement shake in more ways than one. With our muesli being a complete meal in itself, like a hybrid between oatmeal and muesli. You only need to add liquid so the scope of flexibility is huge.
This is what most people wake up with, if you want something quick:
Grab a bowl
Add 1-2 scoops (50 - 100 grams) Growli Muesli
Add approx 220 ml of water
Stir and enjoy.
[Optional] Add your choice of healthful toppings
Always a beautiful breakfast and really simple!

The nearest thing to a healthy ice cream yay!
Into a blender
Add (2 scoops) 100 grams of Growli
Add 200 grams of ice (or frozen berries)
Add 50 - 100ml water, milk or milk alternative
Add 1 tsp of guar gum.
Blend until smooth
For a thicker consistency gradually add more guar gum whilst re-blending. For a looser mix, add more liquids.
Don’t forget you can still add/modify this idea with syrups, sweeteners or sprinkles. Let your imagination run wild!
We often make pancakes and waffles with Growli and it’s really easy to do.
We use a very cheap electric coffee/spice grinder to blitz the grains into a powder for this idea, you can of course use a blender too.
Into an electric coffee/spice grinder or blender
Add 1-2 scoops (50-100 grams) of Growli, blitz until a fine powder.
Transfer powder into a mixing bowl
Add two eggs
Add a little water, milk or dairy alternative
Stir until combined into a batter
Allow to sit for 10 minutes
The mixture will have stiffened, so add more fluid if required
For fluffy American style pancakes add a little baking powder
Use a little spray oil or butter in your frying pan or waffle maker, then pour in spoonfuls of batter
Cook as required and add your toppings of choice
This is really easy and ideal if you prefer to drink your food, or do not have time to sit down for a meal.
Place into a shaker cup
2 scoops (100 grams) of Growli, finely ground with a cheap coffee grinder
Add approx 200ml water, milk or milk alternative
Shake until smooth.
[Optional] Add Guar Gum for a thicker / larger shake
Growli contains no thickening agents, so if you plan have your shake later you may want to add a little guar gum as a stabiliser or re-shake in a shaker cup.
Don’t forget you can also blend in ice, frozen berries, espresso shots or flavour syrups, whatever floats your boat!

We know this sounds crazy, but if you like sweet and creamy curries like a korma or a tikka masala and want to get some extra nutrition into your kids; this works!
We’ve managed to sneak it into meals for our teenagers and they love it, they just don’t realise they’re eating a healthier version of the curry they love.
Simply add blitzed up Growli to your choice of curry powder or spices.
It’s best to add Growli near the end of cooking, around the same time as your garam masala or ras el hanout. Add water as required.
Yes we’ve also tried this too. You’ll need to work this out yourself though as every bread making machine has different settings and recipes.
Here’s an example of a dough we have used
260 Grams lukewarm water
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons sugar
300 Gram strong white flour
100 Gram blitzed growli
1 Teaspoon dried yeast
We often add additional supplements, fruit or yoghurt to our bowl of Growli depending on the day’s needs.
You can blend the mixture up for more rapid absorption after a tough workout.
