Overnight Growli

Always a beautiful breakfast and really simple!

Ingredients

  1. 50 - 100 grams (1-2 scoops) Growli Muesli

  2. Approx 200 ml milk

  3. 100 grams low fat natural yoghurt

  4. Fruit or berries of your choice

Method

  1. Grab a bowl

  2. Add Growli Muesli

  3. Add milk and natural yoghurt

  4. Add berries or fruit

  5. Stir until combined.

  6. Place into glass jar or suitable container

  7. Leave in refrigerator overnight

  8. In the morning add a little milk or water if the mixture has stiffened and enjoy!
