Growli Ice Cream
The nearest thing to a healthy ice cream yay!
Ingredients
100 grams of Growli (2 scoops)
200 grams of ice (or frozen berries)
50 - 100ml water or milk
1 - 2 tsp Guar gum
1 - 2 tbsp fibre syrup (optional)
Method
Into a blender
Add Growli
Add ice (or frozen berries)
Add water or milk
Add fibre syrup (optional)
Blend until smooth
Gradually add Guar gum thicken
Re-blend to combine
For a thicker consistency gradually add more guar gum whilst re-blending. For a looser mix, add more liquids.
Don’t forget you can still add/modify this idea with syrups, sweeteners or sprinkles. Let your imagination run wild!

Make a delicious complete nutrition shake with Growli with a blender and a little water or milk.
Make Ice cream
Drop your Growli into a blender with frozen berries, low fat yoghurt and blend to make a delicious fruity treat.
Overnight Oats
Mix your Growli with water, add in 100g of yoghurt, fruit of your choice and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Mug Cakes
Add an egg, a little baking powder, water and mix to a batter. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Smoothies
Make a delicious complete nutrition smoothie with Growli with a blender and your chosen berries or fruits.
Healthy Waffles
Turn into pancake batter by blending with an egg and dropping spoonfuls into a waffle maker.
Smoothie Bowls
Make a delicious bowl of goodness by adding in your favourite fruits and blending until smooth.
Pancakes
Create a batter by adding in an egg and blending smooth. Add to a pan on medium heat.
